In its first year TYP looks to host monthly gatherings ranging from networking events, Executive Series, Town Hall forums and Community Outreach programs.
Social Events
TYP and the Chamber will provide the venues to connect with each other within unique settings. Needless to say, networking and socializing are important to the this generation – and TYP works to enhance the impact of these events.
Executive Series
The TYP Executive Series provide access to business and community leaders to keep TYPs at the forefront of the ever-changing market and community. This fresh approach extracts knowledge of experienced leaders from a range of practical instruction, guest speakers, Q&As and round-table discussions. These events typically occur during the lunch-time hour, food is provided (often by the event-host).
Town Halls
TYP brings generations together through a series of town hall meetings to share their strengths and gain insight from differing perspectives. TYP’s goal is to discuss issues, opportunities for change and solutions to community problems. These events are followed by networking opportunities which allow for continued conversation and idea-sharing on the evening’s topics. The tenant of the town halls is to provide TYPs the forum to influence both conversation and decisions from their generational perspective.
